Groups and Events

So long as we can’t meet together in our building, we will offer experiences where we can still connect in meaningful ways.  Watch the worship at your leisure using the link above or join us at 10:15 am to view the worship together in your own home through zoom.  You can interact with each other through chat. Afterwards, grab a quick break, get a coffee and come back at 11:00 for Coffee with the Pastors.  You can laugh, talk, share stories and discuss the weekly sermon or just listen.  The same link will be used for both events so log in at 10:15 or 11:00 am.

Many churches engage in charitable giving, but what if donated resources are wasted or actually ends up harming the people they are targeted to help? That’s the premise of Robert Lupton’s Toxic Charity.

Beginning September 14th at 7:00pm, a joint group from Trinity UMC and First UMC will begin a 5 week study on this book.
Join us! The Group will be led by Dr. Melanie Peffer of FUMC and Rev. Bryson Lillie of TUMC.   You can access the study either via zoom or by paper copy.  Contact Rev Bryson Lillie at or 970-667-4381, if you have questions.
